Café Cuetlaxochitl was inspired by its namesake La Cuetlaxochitl plant, or as it is commonly known as the poinsettia (Noche Buena in México). Just as the Aztec flower has become a quintessential American symbol of Christmas, for many Latin Americans, so has drinking coffee with canela during the holidays. Enjoy hot or brewed cold.
