Bold, rich, and balanced—that’s our 47th Street Blend. Crafted to satisfy both medium and dark roast lovers alike, this medium blend from Colombia and Ethiopia offers a delicious mix of dark chocolate and roasted nut flavor notes.

  1. Measure: Use 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6-8 ounces of water.
  2. Grind: For best results, grind beans just before brewing. Aim for a medium-coarse grind for most home coffee makers or follow the manufacturer’s recommendation. 
  3. Water: Use filtered water heated to about 200°F (just off boil).
  4. Brew: Brew for 4-5 minutes, adjusting based on your preferred strength.
  5. Enjoy: Pour, sip, and savor the flavors of our 47th Street Blend.
